On December 4th, 2007, I took the plunge and started on a new trail in my very long (over 20 years) journey to learn to play piano. I had been trying to learn to play by reading notes and playing them but the problem was, it took me forever to be able to play a song and I would get frustrated. At this point in my journey, I can play one song from beginning to end and fragments of about two more. The only way I can play is to memorize and chunk it out.

I found this website: pianomagic.com and after doing a little research, I plunked down the money and committed to giving it a go. The rest of this blog is a log in this journey.
